Cookie Policy
Last updated 25 June 2026
01 The short version
Tweed uses only the essential cookies needed to sign you in and keep the app secure. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t use third-party trackers to follow you around the web. Because we only set strictly-necessary cookies, there’s nothing to consent to beyond using the app.
02 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. They let a site remember things between pages and visits — for example, that you’re signed in. Similar technologies (like local storage) work the same way; we treat them under this policy too.
03 Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
- Session / authentication — keeps you securely signed in as you move around the app. Without it you couldn’t stay logged in.
- Security — helps protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.
- Preferences — remembers basic choices such as light/dark display, stored on your device.
These are required for the service to work, so they’re set when you use Tweed.
04 What we don’t use
- No advertising or marketing cookies.
- No third-party analytics that profile you across sites.
- No selling or sharing of cookie data with data brokers.
05 Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because ours are essential, blocking them will stop you signing in and using the app. Our payment processor may set its own cookies on its secure checkout pages; see their policy for details.
06 Changes & contact
If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, we’ll ask for your consent first and update this page. Questions: privacy@tweed.money. See also our Privacy Policy.
